To me, the twilight pictures are the most delicious images of a luxury property in Greece.
There is something about that time of the day… Whether it is golden hour, sunset twilight, dusk or blue hour… it just makes a property stand out immediately from a thousand similar villas in your location.
As my friend would say… very Instagrammable photos.
A twilight property photoshoot in Greece is a bit more pricey than the daytime photo session. I would say definitely go for it, if you’re the owner of a beautiful well lit property. These images are miracle makers.

It’s nice showing your property at night (if you have good lighting).
Like us humans, properties tend to look more attractive during night. It has something to do with the lights. Just like in movies and production studios, nothing happens without setting the right ambience with the right lights.
Me and my camera love playing with light. And when my drone gets up there, she sees some very interesting sides of a well lit property.

Yes of course, the drone. 100% the owners must have drone images for any kind of property for holiday rent or sale in Greece in 2024.
Particularly useful for the villas, hotels, resorts or apartment buildings that are by the sea or close enough, or have an interesting architecture. And of course for architects’ and builders portfolio.
Drone photography sets the scenery of the property’s location and shows some very important selling points to the clients. How far is the nearest neighbour, what is the street like, how far to the sea, bla bla. It is essential for your potential clients to get the whole picture.

I am a licensed drone pilot and drone operator in Greece and flying the drone for photography and video is second nature.

Good hotel photography is when people see exactly what they are booking
Don’t you love it when you book a hotel or resort room on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo and so on… and you think you pay for a nice room with balcony and sea view…and you get a dull room with no light coming in, close to the food court?
Look… everything I do in life and my job is based on one element: common sense.
My common sense told me a hotel/resort should have images of each and every room that is even slightly different. Each and every area has a certain importance.
In my work with hotels and resorts in Greece everything will be shown to the client. This way expectations are correct.

I believe an interview opens up a whole new world of opportunities.
It touches the viewer in different ways. They find out new, interesting things and learn from the experience of the speaker. It also leaves them wanting to know more.
We started with producing interviews with foreigners living in Greece. This is what fascinates us. We had wished to see something like this before we made the move. It would have been inspiring.
Quickly after releasing, after seeing the interactions, questions, comments…I realised the powerful impact on the audience. They were hungry for more.
Then I thought: if they can do so much for personal purposes, why not do the same for small-medium business owners in Greece? One can talk about their house for sale, or personal experiences connected with whatever their business is.
They work. Because everything we do seems to be deeply touching.
